CS Shilpa A Bhatia is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience, holding degrees in both Company Secretary and Law. Over two decades in corporate roles have honed her skills in Restructuring Schemes, Mergers and Amalgamations, Fundraising (including GDRs and FCCB), and liaison with Statutory Authorities and Regulators. She is well-versed in managing overseas subsidiaries and FEMA compliances with RBI. Her expertise extends to CSR, FEMA, and Secretarial Audits. Shilpa is a POSH&POCSO Trainer ,also serves as an External Member on an IC committee and holds the position of Independent Director on a Listed Company. Actively contributing to the field, she is part of the Management Committee of ICSI – chapter, overseeing educational programs and matters related to CS students. Outside the boardroom, Shilpa is passionate about social service. She is a member of two NGOs, Robinhood Army and Mansuki, dedicated to excess food control, education for children, and supporting Old Age Homes
